摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display element or the like capable of reducing degradation of image quality in efficiently emitting light from a light emitting part. SOLUTION: This display device includes: the light emitting parts 120 formed on a reference flat surface SS; and an angle conversion part 110 equipped with reflecting surfaces 205 for reflecting the light from the light emitting parts 120, an emission surface 207 and flat surfaces 203, and used for reflecting the light incident on the reflecting surfaces 205 from the light emitting parts 120 in the direction of the emission surface 107 to convert its angle. The light emitting parts 120 are formed in a matrix-like form in two directions nearly perpendicular to each other on the reference flat surface SS. When it is assumed that a distance between a position M on the reflecting surface 205 and the emission surface 207, a pitch for forming the light emitting parts with respect to a predetermined direction being one of the two directions, the length of the light emitting part 120 in the predetermined direction, the length of the flat surface 203 in the predetermined direction, and the angle formed by the reflecting surface 205 and the reference flat surface SS are t, p, d, f andθ, respectively, the following conditional expression is satisfied.
