PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt supporting device for foundation capable of vertically supporting it with a strong supporting force, of supporting anchor bolts having different diameters by using a common anchor supporting device, and of permitting easy, accurate positioning when supporting anchor bolts having different diameters. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt supporting device 27 having an anchor attaching portion 27A and form attaching portions 27B, 27C is used; the anchor attaching portion 27A has upper and lower horizontal face plates having insertion holes 9, 10 for the anchor bolts 2 and a vertical face plate through which set-screws 11 are screwed to tapped holes 12; the tip of each set-screw 11 is pressed against the anchor bolt 2 in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the forms 3, 4; a pressure face to which each anchor bolt 2 is pressed, is provided at the inner surface of the insertion holes 9, 10; and each pressure face is formed with a tapered surfaces of two sides, the diameter of which gradually shrinks.
