摘要 The invention relates to nanoparticles comprising a biodegradable polymer, preferably the methyl vinyl ether and maleic anhydride (PVM/MA) copolymer, and a polyethylene glycol or derivatives thereof. The inventive nanoparticles are easy to produce and have excellent bioadhesion, size and zeta potential characteristics, thereby rendering same suitable for the administration of active molecules. The type of polyethylene glycol selected for use in the production of the nanoparticles enables the characteristics thereof to be suitably modulated, which can be used advantageously according to the type of drug to be transported and/or the method of administering the pharmaceutical formulation. The pegylation comprises the simple short incubation of the two macromolecules in question, without requiring the use of highly-toxic organic solvents or long and arduous organic synthesis methods. In addition, the pegylation process can be combined with the encapsulation of the biologically-active molecule.
