<p>A printed board supporting device in which a supporting pin can be easily adapted to the height of a supporting surface. A mark imaging unit picks up the image of the supporting surface of the supporting pin fixed to a pin supporting base at a first pickup position where the imaging center is expected to match the center of the supporting surface, removes the effect of displacement in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the supporting pin according to the image thus picked up, and picks up the image of the supporting surface at a second pickup position where the center of imaging is apart from the center of the supporting surface by a specified distance in the direction of the X axis. At the second pickup position, the image of the supporting surface is formed at a position on the imaging surface corresponding to the height of the supporting surface. The height of the supporting surface relative to the mark imaging unit is determined from the position. It is judged whether the difference from a set height falls within an allowable range or not, and according to the judgment the acceptability of the height of the supporting pin is judged. If it is rejectable, the fact is reported.</p> |
