A first cap(2) is mounted on the one end of the housing shell(1) and a castable explosive(3) introduced at the other end. When a set filling level is reached a pressure plate(4) carrying a transfer charge(5) is pressed into the fluid explosive and centered relative to the shell. A second cap(6) screwed onto the shell exerts a variable force on the pressure plate and holds a reversibly deformable material(8) in a chamber between cap and pressure plate. In a slightly varied filling method castable explosive(3) is loaded from one end of the shell(1), the other end being closed by a pressure plate(4) and premounted transfer charge(5). A first cap(2) is pressed into the fluid explosive and fixed onto the shell. The second cap (6) is then screwed onto the shell to exert variable pressure on the pressure plate and holds a reversibly deformable material(8) in a chamber(7) between them. Deformable material has a thickness which permits reversible deformation of 2-4mm. The second cap(6) and/or pressure plate have cut-outs(11) for partially receiving the deformable material. An independent claim is included for the filling equipment which includes a deformable material in the shape of a concentric ring.
