FIELD: aviation. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical takeoff and landing aircraft has fuselage, vertical and horizontal tail units, engines and wing with variable-pitch propeller mounted on its tip; variable-pitch propellers interconnected together rotate in opposite directions; they are also connected with engines by means of transmission. Axle of shaft of each propeller is pivoted and is located in plane passing through two axes: axis of turn of propeller shaft axle in plane parallel to longitudinal plane of symmetry of aircraft and axis of propeller shaft. ^ EFFECT: possibility of performing takeoff and landing on unprepared non-horizontal areas at wind of varying direction. ^ 2 dwg |
