FIELD: fire extinguishing. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition contains triethanolammonium salts of alkyl sulfates, mixtures of higher primary alcohols fraction C8-C10 and fraction C12-C14 taken at weight ratio (1.0-5.0):1.0, higher primary alcohols fraction C12-C14, and water, all constituents in specified proportions.
