摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress shape variation of a substrate surface without reducing transmissivity of light even when light of a short wavelength region of wavelength 350 to 450 nm is made an object of transmission light. <P>SOLUTION: An objective lens 15 converges a monochromatic light flux having a specific wavelength in a range of 350 to 450 nm on an AOD20 while the objective lens is placed facing the AOD20.. The objective lens 15 contains a lens body 40 made of a polymer resin having an alicyclic structure and an antireflection film 46 including one or more layers formed on a lens plane 42a of the lens body 40 opposing to the AOD20.
