<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical filter which has a reduced pressure loss across its filter case, a reduced weight, simplicity in fabrication, and even usability throughout its entire surface and is easy to assemble. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet-like honeycomb filter medium 2 carrying a gas adsorption medium 2 is arranged so as to form a plurality of V-shaped passages in the gas pass direction, the arrangement is made self-supporting with an adhesive or by means of a fixing means, and the self-supporting arrangement is enclosed in a filter case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
