<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel or the like capable of carrying out control by light addressing, and of reducing a cost with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This display panel comprises: optically transparent first transparent electrode layer 102 and second transparent electrode layer 104; a conductivity-variable layer 103 which is formed on the first transparent electrode layer 102 and in which electric conductivity is changed in response to luminous energy of control light L having passed the first transparent electrode layer 102; and a function layer 110 stacked on the conductivity-variable layer 103, formed between the conductivity-variable layer 103 and the second transparent electrode layer 104 and having at least a luminescent layer 114.
