<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine, reducing a time-lag between fuel increasing timing and intake amount reducing timing, and suppressing variation in torque and deterioration of exhaust characteristic by improving convergency on the target value of an intake amount when enriching an air-fuel ratio. <P>SOLUTION: When executing enriching of the air-fuel ratio, a target opening map value THMAP is calculated according to engine operating condition (S33), and the map value THMAP is corrected in a reducing direction by a corrective amount ΔTH1, thereby a target opening THCMD is calculated (S37). The corrective amount ΔTH1 is calculated according to deviation ΔBPA between a detected supercharging pressure BPA and a target supercharging pressure BPCMD (S35, S36). When an intake amount GAIR is converged on a target intake amount GACMD, the target opening THCMD is controlled to gradually approach the map value THMAP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
