<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a maintenance worker easily and surely search an optical fiber of a certain subscriber out of optical fibers of a lot of subscribers enclosed in a closure. <P>SOLUTION: An IC tag 10 with lamp containing identification information peculiar to the subscriber is attached at respective ends of optical fibers 1 for a lot of subscribers enclosed in the closure 3. The IC tag 10 with lamp is composed by including an informing apparatus composed of a driving part 17 and a lamp 18 in a wireless IC tag part composed of a control part 11, a modulation part 12, an antenna 13, a demodulation part 14, a storage part 15 and a power source generation part 16.
