PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately make a medical examination appointment not only for a usual medical examination but also for a home medical examination.

SOLUTION: An appointment means 26 makes a switching display of either one of a usual medical examination appointment screen 17a for displaying in a calendar form the storage contents of a usual medical examination table 23 stored in a storage part, and a home medical examination appointment screen 17b for displaying in a calendar form the storage contents of a home medical examination table 24 stored in the storage means 2, according to physicians. The usual medical examination appointment and the home medical examination appointment can be made by inhibiting the appointment of each medical examination division of medical examination time in a classification other than the set medical examination classification.
