摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of enhancing audio signal peak frequency components and its device and also to provide a method of enhancing howling frequency components and its device that contributes to improvement in audio and howling distinguishing accuracy. SOLUTION: A frame buffer 30 has capacity to store an amount of one frame of collected sounds by a microphone 10 and stores sample data in series. The frame buffer 30 stores Value 0 for sample data which have not yet been input. Every time new sample data are input in the frame buffer 30, a Fourier transformation means 32 calculates the overall frequency characteristics of one frame of the stored data in the frame buffer 30. A real part accumulating means 34 accumulates real parts of the frequency characteristic, calculated with their frequency axes matching each other, while an imaginary part accumulating means 40 accumulates the imaginary parts of the frequency characteristics calculated with their frequency axes matching each other. A frequency amplitude characteristic calculating means combines the real part accumulated values and imaginary part accumulated values with each other, to calculate the frequency characteristics in which howling frequency components are enhanced.
