PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel floor slab paving construction method for largely improving adhesive strength of FRC pavement, by realizing high durability of a steel floor slab by preventing corrosion of the steel floor slab, by preventing moisture, salinity or an antifreezing agent from directly contacting with the steel floor slab. SOLUTION: A plurality of studs 2 are projected at a predetermined inteval on the steel floor slab 1. A waterproof layer 3 is formed on a surface of the steel floor slab 1 and the studs 2 by a resin coating film material. FRC (fiber reinforced cement concrete) pavement 4 is peformed on the waterproof layer 3.
