PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression melt molding tool device capable of shortening a molding cycle and its compression molding processing method. SOLUTION: In this compression melt molding tool device, a mold (2) is configured of a cavity side half (4), a movable half (8) which reciprocates in a straight line and a freely openable lid part (9). The cavity side half (4), the movable half (8) and the lid part (9) form one cavity (S). In the compression molding processing method, a waste containing a resin is charged into the cavity (S) and becomes solidified after being thermally melted by a heater. When the waste containing the resin to be solidified is extruded from the movable half (8), the lid part (9) is opened. The movable half (8) which advances for compression is used for extruding the solidified molding object and therefore, a dedicated extruder for extruding after compression is not necessary.
