THERMALLY PEELABLE ADHESIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally peelable adhesive sheet whose adhesive layer surface is smoothed to enable the achievement in stable adhesive force before a thermal treatment. SOLUTION: This thermally peelable adhesive sheet is characterized by having one or two thermally expandable fine sphere-containing acrylic adhesive layers on one side or both the sides of a substrate and having the larger thickness of the adhesive layer than the maximum particle diameter of the thermally expandable fine spheres. The thermally peelable adhesive sheet has preferably a rubbery organic elastic layer between the substrate and the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is preferably thermally foamed or is subjected to an expansion treatment to form a mountain-like protrusion mountain range structure.
