PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-draining bag which is adhered to a corner of a sink in a self-standing manner, and simply and easily attached/detached and disposed. SOLUTION: In a water-permeable sheet-made water-draining bag formed of polyolefin non-woven textile, net or a punched film, a tongue piece part extends upwardly from an upper edge of a bag body in the water-permeable sheet on a back side of the bag body, a polyolefin tape is bonded to an upper portion of the back side of the tongue piece part parallel to an upper edge, a strip-like adhesive layer is laminated on the polyolefin tape, and the polyolefin tape is fixed to a lower portion of the back side of the tongue piece part or the upper portion of the back side of the bag body via the adhesive layer.
