PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug production system having small occupied volume of the entire system, high production efficiency, and low air-conditioning load for purification of the system. SOLUTION: The production system has a plurality of raw material treatment devices having a flexible raw material suction pipe and a flexible raw material discharge pipe, and one pipe changing means with the raw material suction pipe and the raw material discharge pipe connected thereto. In the pipe changing means, the raw material treatment devices can be arranged at arbitrary positions with respect to the pipe changing means by connecting/disconnecting arbitrary raw material suction pipes to/from arbitrary raw material discharge pipes provided in the raw material treatment devices different from each other.
