PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension cross member capable of securing sufficient durability against stress accompanied by bolt clamping and stress by accompanied a suspension input. SOLUTION: The back surface 53 of a lower arm bracket 8 for supporting a front arm 42 of a lower arm 40 is set as a shape facing the front edge 55 of an upper member plate 22. The end 56a of the front edge 56 of a lower member plate 23 is abutted on the corner between the rear surface 52 and the back surface 53 of the lower arm bracket 8.
