PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile surface scratch resistance, antistaining properrties (oil resistance and water resistance) and bending processability with respect to direct postforming processing or the like with respect to the decorative panel wherein a decorative sheet is continuously laminated on the substrate from the surface to the side surface thereof. SOLUTION: In the decorative panel 10 wherein the decorative sheet 20 is laminated on the substrate 30 having the surface Ft, the back Fr and the side surface Fs from the surface to the side surface thereof through an appropriate adhesive layer, the decorative sheet is obtained by laminating a primer layer of a two-pack type curable urethane resin cured material, which is composed of an acrylpolyol and isocyanate, and a surface protective layer, which comprises a cured material of an ionizing radiation curable resin containing an ethylene oxide modified polymerizable compound and baked kaolin particles, on the surface of resin impregnated paper in this order.
