PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sucking tool mounting device of a spectacle lens, and a method for deciding a mounting position of a sucking tool of the spectacle lens capable of easily processing figure images of the entire segment of a bifocal lens, and making detection accuracy more precise. SOLUTION: A segment image of a bifocal lens taken up by a CCD camera 105 is made binary, and noises are removed to fetch an edge image.
