PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction port body with two functions, a function of at least absorbing an impact force by automatically rotationally turning a suction port body on a horizontal surface and a function of also rotationally turning the suction port body on the horizontal surface by twisting a suction joint part by a manual operation. SOLUTION: A suction joint attaching case 5 is horizontally turnably attached to one side in the longitudinal central part of the suction port body 4 having a suction port in the bottom face, an interval between the suction port joint attaching case and the suction port body is interposedly provided with a return means storing a returning force, when one of them is port turned, for returning it in a normal position, the suction port joint attaching case is vertically swingably attached with a first suction port joint 8 having a basic rotating shaft along the longitudinal direction of the suction port body under the normal position, and the first suction port joint is attached with a second suction port joint 9 disposed on a first axis orthogonally to the basic rotating axis of the first suction port joint in the normal position and swingable around the second axis diagonally crossing with the first axis.
