PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that keeps generation efficiency by making a magnet holding plate rotate constantly in a well-balanced manner, and can generate the power of a multiphase AC having three phases or more. SOLUTION: The magnet holding plate 26 and coil holding plates 20, 21 composed of insulating bodies are relatively rotatively arranged in a housing H. Plate faces of a pair of the coil holding plates are made to face plate faces of both ends of the magnet holding plate, and a plurality of permanent magnets 27, 28 that continue in the relatively rotative direction are arranged on both the ends of the magnet holding plate. Furthermore, a plurality of coils 18, 19 spirally wound with conductive wires are arranged on the plate faces of the coil holding plates that face the magnet holding plate so as to continue in the relatively rotative direction, and either of a phase between the magnet arranged on one plate face of the magnet holding plate and the magnet arranged on the other plate face, and a phase between the coil arranged on one coil holding plate and the coil arranged on the other holding plate is shifted.
