PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input and output balancing type filter containing stably a small, good electrical property. SOLUTION: A input and output balancing type filter 1 is equipped with two LC filter circuit portions 15 and 16. An LC filter circuit portion 15 is connected with LC parallel resonance circuits 2 and 3 through a joint capacitor C5. An LC filter circuit portion 16 is connected with LC parallel resonance circuits 4 and 5 through a joint capacitor C6. Common side lines 8 and 9 are connected through a joint inductor L5 which is a common line, and reference points of each phase of circuit portions 15 and 16 exist on the joint inductor L5.
