PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus at a low cost with a small size and excellent thunder resistance without the need for a discharge gap and particular large-sized components such as a choke coil and an arrester for configuring an arrester circuit. SOLUTION: In the electronic apparatus 4 wherein a printed circuit board 40 is mounted with one input terminal 4a or over, output terminals 4b, 4c, and electronic components in a chassis 48 made of a conductive material, an input terminal 41a and output terminals 41a, 41b of the printed circuit board 40 are respectively connected to the input terminal 4a and the output terminals 4a, 4b, short stubs 42 each having a cut-off frequency lower than a lower limit frequency of a transmission signal transmitted between the input and output terminals and respectively provided between the input terminal 4a and the chassis 48, between the output terminal 4a and the chassis 48, and between the output terminal 4b and the chassis 48 on the printed circuit board 40, and the width of each short stub 42 is selected to be a value withstanding a lightning surge current.
