PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal inspection device capable of inspecting effectively with little labor, sealability of a bag product made by sealing a bag making material in three directions so as to have an open part in one direction, and inspecting with practical high accuracy and high reliability. SOLUTION: This seal inspection device is equipped with a nozzle body 1, a pressing body 2 and a pressure receiving body 3. The nozzle body is provided with a communication port 7 communicated with an internal pressure gas injection port 6 and a pressure sensor 12. The bag product W is pressed between the pressing body and the pressure receiving body in the state where the tip part of the nozzle body is inserted into the open part Wa, to thereby seal the open part of the bag product, and then the internal pressure gas is injected from the internal pressure gas injection port in this state, to thereby put the inside of the bag product into a prescribed inspection internal pressure state. Then, the state is left as it is as long as a prescribed time, and the internal pressure state during the time is detected by the pressure sensor, to thereby evaluate sealability.
