PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin-made intake air manifold which is provided with at least one intake pipe channel 4 with curved sections 5 and 6 to a cylinder in an internal combustion engine 13, divided into two split intake pipe pieces 7 and 8 by a dividing surface A as a boundary, and which consists of both intake pipe pieces oscillation-welded to each other at flange parts 9 and 10 provided in the dividing surface A, wherein, in a state of both split intake pipe pieces being ready to be injection molded with their synthetic resin, joint strength by an oscillation-welding is improved. SOLUTION: In the intake pipe channel 4, the dividing surface A in the curved sections 5 and 6 is positioned, between inlet ends 5a and 6a, and outlet ends 5b and 6b of the curved sections, at a portion biased from the center axis 4a toward an inner side in a curved radius direction than at portions where the dividing surface A is positioned in the inlet and outlet ends in the curved sections, while at least the curved sections in the intake pipe channel are constituted such that inner surfaces 5e, 5f, 6e, and 6f of left and right sides excluding an inner surface of an outer peripheral side in the curved radius direction and an inner surface of an inner peripheral side in the curved radius direction, out of the inner surface in the curved sections, have a cross-section shape of a flat surface extending in the curved radius direction.
