PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce a discharge quantity of a removed weld reinforcement part discharged as industrial waste. SOLUTION: This method constructs a cast-in-place reinforced concrete pile by curing and hardening concrete in its state by backfilling backfilling earth in an upper part of a vertical hole by placing concrete by building up a reinforced cage in the vertical hole by forming the vertical hole by excavating the inside of the ground. The method backfills the backfilling earth from above a reinforcement protective cap by covering the outer periphery and an upper part of an upper end part of the reinforced cage with the reinforcement protective cap by fitting the reinforcement protective cap to the upper end part of the reinforced cage by filling the concrete by leaving the upper end part of the reinforced cage in the vertical hole.
