PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an electronic component having a structure integrally joining in a condition provided with a given allowance between an electronic component main body part and a terminal part electrically connected by a flexible board. SOLUTION: An electronic component main body part 20 fixed to a case 350 and a terminal part 70 fixed to a base board 300 are electrically connected by a flexible board 100. The electronic component main body part 20 and the terminal part 70 are integrally joined in a condition provided with a given allowance between them by engaging a first engaging part 41 provided at the electronic component main body part 20 and a second engaging part 71 provided at the terminal part 70. The first and the second engaging parts 41, 71 are structured with hooks 43, 73 facing directions nearly parallel to opposite surfaces of the electronic component main body part 20 and the terminal part 70, and hook inserting parts 45, 75 for inserting counterpart hooks. Both the hooks 43, 73 are engaged with and snapped-in to the counterpart hook inserting parts 45, 75 sliding and moving towards the direction nearly parallel to the facing surfaces of the electronic component main body part 20 and the terminal part 70.
