PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a display panel from floating even when a display device is made thinner and a bending radius of a flexible circuit board is made smaller. SOLUTION: The flexible circuit board is connected to a first side of the display panel and is bent near the first side, and is partly arranged between the back surface of a back light and a holder. The holder has an aperture or hollow near the first side of the back light corresponding to the first side of the display panel and when the flexible circuit board is viewed from the section orthogonal with the first side, its apex bends to the extent of projecting to the interior of the aperture or the interior of the hollow in the portion of the aperture or the hollow of the holder.
