PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely fix a panel assembly without using a damper material composed of rubber etc., and without clatters in fixing the panel assembly by housing the panel assembly into an exterior case and fixing the same by twisting of a caulking strip. SOLUTION: The panel assembly including a display panel 10 and a panel holder 20 is housed into the exterior case 30 and in fixing the panel assembly A by means of the caulking strip 33 integrally formed at the exterior case 30, an elastic strip 32 to be pressed by the caulking stripe 32 is formed on a back surface 20a side of the panel holder 20.
