The portion of the fixed print member (112) near the outer periphery is compressingly held between the frame member (120) and the holding member (125) by the fitting of the frame member (120) to the holding member (125), and the exposed portion of the fixed print member (112) causes a height difference of H between the end face of the frame member (120) and the print surface (111). A damper member (300) is disposed between the frame member (120) and a flange (203) formed on the support case (201) of a moving print part (200).</p>
