<p>A fitness training equipment has rotating grips (40, 50) for the arms and legs and with electric servo motors fitted to the grips to provide programmed drive and/or resistance for the grips. Separate motors are fitted for the arm and leg grips as well as for left and right hand grips. The servo motors are driven by a controller into which are programmed the individual requirements for the user. The pairs of motors can be driven in a synchronous or asynchronous manner as required, with the fitness exercise selected as passive or active.</p> |
