FIELD: agriculture, in particular breeding. ^ SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes seed soaking and preliminary drying thereof. Before soaking any soft wheat breed is divided by three fractions, and further middle fraction is used. Seed division is carried out in dividing solutions containing distilled water, salt NaCl and sucrose in various concentrations. After seed division content ratio of alpha+beta/gamma+omega-gliadins in seed fraction is determined.
