<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance light irradiation efficiency to a work remarkably compared with a conventional art, by precluding light emitted from an LED from running away to an outside, in a light irradiation device formed in an annular shape. <P>SOLUTION: This light irradiation device for irradiating the annular work W arranged on the center axis C with light to inspect it is provided with an LED holding face 2a orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the center axis C, and set to be directed toward a work W side, the plurality of LEDs 3 arranged on the LED holding face 2a, and an inward reflecting face 4a arranged outside the LEDs 3, and parallel or substantially parallel to the center axis C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
