<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation for coating foods with a liquid substance such as a fluid mixture. <P>SOLUTION: This installation for coating the foods with the liquid substance such as the fluid mixture is characterized by including an endless conveyer belt 3 having a lower side portion and an upper side portion and a frame 1 equipped with a buffer for forming a constant quantity of a substance below the upper side portion 4 of the conveyer belt, wherein the upper side portion 4 of the conveyer belt can receive and convey the foods and can thereby guide to pass through the inside of a constant quantity of the substance, and the buffer disposed below the upper side portion of the conveyer belt can be inclined on a rotation shaft in a direction crossing and parallel to the conveyer belt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
