<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical module capable of easily changing the wavelength of a lightwave to be extracted or inserted, and to provide an optical network system using the optical module. <P>SOLUTION: In a node unit 60a, optical paths 91a to 94a and optical paths 91b to 94b are provided on a filter 62a and 62b, respectively. Optical fibers 81a to 84a and 81b to 84b are connected to the optical paths 91a to 94a and the optical paths 91b to 94b, respectively. The optical fibers 81a, 84a, 81b and 84b are supported by an optical path supporting member 64 and optical fibers 82a, 83a, 82b and 83b are supported by an optical path supporting member 65.
