<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of steam sterilization treatment for safely carrying out the sterilization treatment of a device etc. with infectious microbes etc. stuck thereto while keeping the simple operability of the steam sterilization treatment. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of steam sterilization treatment for sterilizing a matter to be sterilized by putting the matter into a sterilization chamber and exhausting air in the chamber to make the matter contact with saturated steam of high temperature and high pressure, the inside of the chamber is pre-heated first without exhausting the air in the chamber and the air in the chamber is exhausted for carrying out the sterilization treatment with the saturated steam of high temperature and high pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
