<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bag with a spout member with an excellent liquid tightness of the welded part between the spout member and the bag part and an apparatus for manufacturing the bag by realizing a uniformity of the surface temperature of the spout member when the spout member consisting of a thermoplastic resin and the bag part consisting of a relatively soft flexible film are liquid-tightly welded, and by suppressing generation of a gap of a butting part. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the bag with the spout member in which a cylindrical spout member consisting of the thermoplastic resin and the bag part consisting of the flexible film are welded, comprises a preliminary heating process wherein the cylindrical spout member is heated with a radiation heat while it is rotated around a cylindrical shaft, and a welding process wherein the heated spout member inserted into an opening part of the bag part and the opening part of the bag part are welded by pressing. The apparatus for manufacturing the bag with the spout member is equipped with a spout member rotating means for circulating successively a heating means for heating the spout member while it is rotated, a process for feeding the spout member to a spout member rotating means, a preliminary heating process, a process for welding the spout member and the bag consisting of the flexible film, a cooling process, and a process for removing the bag with the spout member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
