<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform measurement concerning blood stream analysis by dynamic scanning with high precision and high reliability by reliably removing a region of a blood vessel from an image in a blood stream analysis processing such as brain blood stream analysis in a state where the partial volume effect is hardly remained in the surrounding of the region. <P>SOLUTION: This medical image processing apparatus applies a preprocessing, which includes noise removing processing for removing a noise and a pixel bundling processing for bundling adjacent pixels, to a plurality of sheets of original image data collected by dynamically scanning a subject injected with a vascular non-permeable contrast medium by a medical modality, so as to analyze the perfusion of a substantial portion of the subject (steps S1, S3, S4).
