PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and firmly mount an on-vehicle monitor to a vehicular ceiling frame without damaging an interior material and the ceiling frame. SOLUTION: The mounting structure 10 for the on-vehicle monitor for mounting the on-vehicle monitor to the vehicular ceiling frame having two opening portions 18, comprises an mounting plate 28 arranged on a back surface side of the ceiling frame, fixed to or close to the first opening portion 18 at a first end, and fixed to or close to the second opening portion 18 at a second end; and a monitor mounting fitting 32 directly or indirectly fixed to the mounting plate 28 in the first opening portion 18. The opening portion 18 is provided in advance so as to arrange interior equipment such as a room lamp and a sunglasses holder, so that it is not necessary to newly form the opening portion 18 only for mounting the on-vehicle monitor.
