PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compatibilizer which improves dispersibility of wax in toner and allows the toner to be excellent in low temperature fixing property, high temperature offset resistance, anti-blocking property, spent resistance and filming resistance, and to provide a polyester resin composition for toner, and the toner. SOLUTION: The compatibilizer is used for making polyester and wax compatible in the toner which contains at least binder resin consisting of polyester resin, and wax.
