PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing sheet capable of increasing strength of a structure when it is used for part of a construction structure such as a concrete column or the like, specially holding the strength to a certain extent even if the construction structure is partially destroyed, having no fear of a leakage of electricity or lightning and comparatively facilitating the construction work. SOLUTION: An insulation reinforcing sheet is constituted of a synthetic resin-made screen having fracture strength elongation percentage more than 5.0% and a photo-curable resin composition.
