PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing program and device, capable of securing required processing speed about the other processing even in time of high-speed ripping from a storage medium to execute data processing flexibly coping with a processing situation of the other processing. SOLUTION: A processor 11 is made to function as a change means changing processing priority of one of specific encoding processing and the other processing according to the processing speed of an encoding function thread T2 encoding data.
