PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwear hardly causing shrinkage, deformation and surface quality deterioration even when subjected to tumble dry after washed, and excellent in wearing durability. SOLUTION: The underwear is formed of knitted fabric which comprises cellulose filaments whose shrink elongation after boiling water treatment (SB) is≥4%, and spun yarns consisting mainly of cellulose short fibers, and has a content of cellulose filaments of≥25 wt.%. The rate of dimensional change of the fabric after being subjected to washing in accordance with JIS-L-0217-103 method followed by drying the underwear under the middle-temperature tumble dry condition described in JIS-L-1018 is -8 to +4% in both of the warp and weft directions.
