PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching and washing agent composition that shows high bleaching and washing effect to textile products. SOLUTION: This bleaching and washing agent composition comprises (a) 8 to 25 % mass of an inorganic peroxide as hydrogen peroxide, (b) 0.01 to 1 % mass of fluorescent brightening agent, and additionally (c) 5 to 20 % mass of a compound selected from alkanoyloxybenzene sulfonic acid bearing a 6-14C alkanoyloxy group and alkanoyloxybenzene carboxylic acid bearing a 6-14C alkanoyloxy group and their salts, where the content of the surfactant is less than 5 % mass in total.
