PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage/current conversion apparatus capable of sufficiently shutting off output current when input voltage is zero. SOLUTION: At the voltage/current conversion apparatus, the drain of a fourth and a fifth transistors T4 and T5 is connected to the source side of a first transistor T1. The source of the first transistor T1 is used as a second potential via the fourth transistor T4 during an auto-bias period of the first transistor T1. The source of the first transistor T1 is used as a third potential via the fifth transistor T5 during a gate potential setting period for the first transistor T1 by input voltage Vin after completion of the auto-bias period.
