PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing stirring discharging apparatus for liquid agents capable of discharging a first and a second liquid agent from an outlet in a sufficiently mixed and atomized state. SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 is for mixing and stirring a first and a second liquid agent, those being different from each other, and discharging the agents in an atomized state toward the part to be supplied with and comprises an inlet 20 for the first agent, an inlet 22 for the second agent, a discharging tube 12 for discharging the mixture agents in an atomized state from a discharging outlet 19 arranged at the tip part, a static mixer 26 for preliminary mixing and stirring of the first and second agents and an air-blowing-off outlet 44 blowing off air toward the outlet tube 12 at a position downstream to the mixer 26. The preliminarily mixing liquid agents from the mixer 26 is mixed and stirred further with blowing off of air and discharged from the discharging outlet 19 in an atomized state.
