PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon which emits light with a simple structure without performing a special work in a filling port for introducing gas, etc., to an inner part. SOLUTION: The balloon comprises: a balloon main body part 10; a light emitting body 20; a mooring string 30; and a grip part 40. The balloon main body part 10 includes: a light emitting body storage part 11 for storing the light emitting part 20; and the filling port 12 for introducing the gas (or liquid) from an outer part. A proper amount of gas is introduced via the filling port 12, and then, the filling port is tightly tied. The light emitting body storage part 11 has an inward recession so as to form a bag shape recessed part at the inner side of the balloon main body part 10. When the light emitting body 20 emits light from the light emitting storage part 11 to the outer part through the balloon main body part 10, the whole balloon main body part 10 seems to be luminous. The light emitting body 20 is arranged regardless of the structure of the filling port 12. Thus, the simple structure is obtained without performing the special work in the filling port 12 to perform light emission or to prevent gas from leaking. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
